Job summary

Medexec, partnering with a leading Medical technology manufacturer, seeks a Marketing Director for France & Benelux based in Paris. You will translate global strategies into local market programs, drive digital adoption, and lead cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and clinical excellence to deliver market growth.

You will develop integrated campaigns, engage with KOLs, and oversee omnichannel customer experiences, aiming to strengthen market leadership and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in healthcare, medtech, or dental marketing.
• Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
• Proven success in digital marketing, professional engagement, and commercialization of innovative technologies.
• Strong analytical and project management skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
• Fluent in English and French (Dutch is an advantage).
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing strategy and execution for France and Benelux, ensuring full alignment with EMEA strategic pillars.
• Translate global and regional objectives into market-specific programs that drive adoption, conversion, and retention.
• Develop integrated professional marketing programs that enable customers to grow their digital practices and enhance clinical confidence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing excellence supports business performance.
• Partner with local KOLs and societies to build thought leadership and reinforce clinical innovation.
• Lead national marketing campaigns with digital activation and data-driven ROI optimization.
