Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director Medical Affairs Strategic Markets for Electrophysiology in the G5 region, leading the MSL team and shaping medical strategy across Germany, France, UK, Italy and Spain.

You will drive scientific leadership, collaborate with external investigators, and manage regulatory interactions while ensuring patient safety and data integrity across markets.

Formación

• Proven ability to translate clinical data into strategy and actions.
• Excellent communication of complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership with experience guiding medical affairs teams across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee MSL work in G5 markets for Electrophysiology and lead strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with KOLs, regulators and EMA to shape evidence strategy.
• Provide medical input into risk assessment, product profiles, and post-market surveillance.
• Develop and manage budgets, performance, and succession plans for MSL teams.
