• Experience in clinical research, site management, or monitoring.
• Knowledge of GCP and trial regulations.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinical sites, building partnerships with investigators and study teams.
• Lead site activation, enrollment, monitoring, and closeout activities to ensure successful study execution.
• Support sites in achieving enrollment, data quality, and study milestone objectives.
• Conduct monitoring visits and review study data to ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Train and support site personnel on study procedures and requirements.
• Drive issue resolution, audit readiness, and timely reporting of study events.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Study Management, Site Operations, and commercial teams to optimize study performance.
• Provide regular updates on site and study progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
