Job summary

Moët Hennessy in Paris is seeking a senior transformation professional to lead Customer Service and Logistics program delivery across Markets and Central functions. You will shape standards, governance, and KPIs while driving data quality and reporting initiatives to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash performance.

The role requires experience in international projects, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with ERP and EDI ecosystems, including SAP and BI tooling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics or Transformation programs.
• Experience working in international and matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

• Establish Customer Service & Logistics fundamentals and standards across Markets and DCs.
• Lead transformation projects: Orbit order automation and customer portal, care and logistics improvements.
• Define data ownership, KPIs and reporting standards; build BI dashboards.
• Governance, stakeholder alignment and steering committee coordination.
• Coordinate deployment with Markets, Regions and Central functions; manage 3PL relationships.
