Moët Hennessy in Paris seeks a Regional Demand & Supply Planner to support end‑to‑end planning across the EMEA region, aligning market demand with supply availability and inventory targets. You will use Maestro Kinaxis to improve visibility and decision making.

You will participate in regional S&OP and S&OE cycles, help markets strengthen their S&OP routines, and drive improvements through data‑driven insights. This role sits within the global Moët Hennessy organization and the LVMH group.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering or Business with Supply Chain specialization.
• Global comprehension of Supply & Production planning.
• ERP/Planning: APO (DP & SNP), SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data handling, and pivot tables (VBA, SQL is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate and analyse sales forecasts for EMEA markets, ensuring accuracy and quality of master data.
• Lead monthly demand reviews with markets and facilitate forecast committees with Maison Supply Planning.
• Ensure post‑committee action follow‑up and support markets in improving forecast accuracy and bias.
• Control allocation processes and prioritise market demands following MH EMEA guidelines.
• Manage regional replenishment planning using Maestro Kinaxis to monitor supply plans, parameters, alerts, and demand-supply gaps.
• Control short‑ and mid‑term replenishment, aligning with stock coverage targets and production capabilities.
• Drive and support Regional S&OP and S&OE processes, aligning strategic, tactical, and operational horizons.
• Foster and support the implementation or enhancement of Market S&OP and S&OE routines across EMEA markets.
• Coordinate with Central Planning, Customer Service & Logistics teams to manage allocations, prioritize markets, and assess unforecasted demand requests.
• Act as the regional control tower for end-to-end product lifecycle management and monitor obsolescence (SLOBs).
• Oversee portfolio complexity, including SKUs and optimization initiatives, and manage vintage switches.
• Leverage Maestro Kinaxis for demand & supply planning, statistical modelling, forecast evolution monitoring, and exception management.
• Participate in cross-functional supply chain projects and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Support change management as the region evolves its planning capabilities.
• Communicate KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Service Level, stock levels, SLOBs) to markets and leadership.
