Job summary

Moët Hennessy in Paris is seeking a Regional Demand & Supply Planner to align demand, supply, and inventory across the EMEA region using Maestro Kinaxis. You will lead monthly reviews, oversee S&OP/S&OE processes, and collaborate with Central Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics to improve service levels and forecast quality.

This role offers exposure to a global luxury group, opportunities to drive process improvements, and a pivotal position in regional control tower activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with supply chain specialization or Business School degree with supply chain focus.
• Global comprehension of supply and production planning.
• ERP/planning tools proficiency; SQL/VBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyse sales forecasts for EMEA markets, ensuring accuracy and quality of master data.
• Lead monthly demand reviews with markets and facilitate forecast committees with Maison Supply Planning.
• Ensure post-committee action follow-up and support markets in improving forecast accuracy and bias.
• Control allocation processes and prioritise market demands following MH EMEA guidelines.
• Manage regional replenishment planning using Maestro Kinaxis to monitor supply plans, parameters, alerts, and demand-supply gaps.
• Drive and support Regional S&OP and S&OE processes, aligning strategic, tactical, and operational horizons.
• Coordinate with Central Planning, Customer Service & Logistics teams to manage allocations, prioritise markets, and assess unforecasted demand requests.
• Act as regional control tower for end-to-end product lifecycle management.
• Monitor slow movers and obsolescence (SLOBs), tracking KPIs and driving corrective actions.
• Participate in cross-functional supply chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
