Eaton is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement professional to drive Lean-based improvements across CFOps core processes, including close, forecasting, RevRec, and project finance. You will design robust processes, enable automation, and coach teams to establish a repeatable improvement pipeline.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BP, Deal Desk, and COE pillars, ensuring control, auditability, and scalable solutions across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Lean/Continuous Improvement methods applied to financial processes in complex, multi-country organisations.
• Hands-on experience improving financial close, forecasting, or accounting-adjacent processes.
• Understanding of finance systems and data flows sufficient to enable automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead Continuous Improvement Across CFOps Core Processes with Lean-driven initiatives.
• Protect cadence through process design, reducing manual workarounds.
• Partner across Commercial Finance pillars to improve hand-offs and execution quality.
• Drive automation and system enablement, scaling solutions across countries.
• Build Continuous Improvement capability and coach teams in problem-solving.
