Eaton is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic global OEM relationships within the data center cooling market. This role focuses on integrating Eaton’s PMCC portfolio into customer roadmaps across Europe, driving early engagement and long-term partnerships.

You will mentor local account managers, shape product development with BU teams, and promote Eaton digital tools to expand footprint across multiple countries in the EU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–9 years of experience in B2B sales and key account management.
• Direct experience in Data Center cooling systems is required.
• Demonstrated ability to sell complex engineered solutions to OEMs with long sales cycles.
• A technical background is strongly preferred to enable collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic account plans for global OEM customers and drive long-term growth.
• Translate customer needs into tailored solutions aligned with Eaton’s PMCC portfolio.
• Lead implementation of customer requirements and commercial agreements for successful delivery.
• Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to track performance and opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline, including forecasting and quotations.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to align sales with product management and operations.
