Leach International Europe seeks a senior finance leader to own and drive the financial performance of the European operation. You will partner with the President and operational leadership to improve EBITDA, cash generation and profitability through proactive forecasting, planning and performance management.

The role requires deep financial leadership, hands-on understanding of manufacturing dynamics and a strong ability to challenge business assumptions with data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Senior Finance leader with manufacturing or aerospace experience.
• Strong EBITDA and cash generation knowledge.
• Experience partnering with Operations and Sales.
• Fluent English; French preferred.
• MBA or equivalent; professional accounting qualification is a plus.
