Job summary

Aliaxis seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Operational Excellence across EMEA manufacturing sites. You will coach local CI teams in Lean principles, facilitate Kaizen events, and ensure standard work is consistently applied while tracking benefits and outcomes.

The role requires 3–8 years in manufacturing CI, strong project and stakeholder management, and fluent English. Travel up to 50% across EMEA with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–8 years of manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Operational Excellence and Six Sigma.
• Green Belt certification is a plus; proven project leadership and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of Operational Excellence and CI initiatives across EMEA manufacturing sites.
• Coach CI leaders and plant teams in Lean and problem‑solving methodologies.
• Facilitate Gemba walks, Kaizen events, 5S, visual management and standard work implementation.
• Deliver training programs on CI methodologies and capability development.
• Track project progress, KPIs and improvement benefits across EMEA sites.
• Develop and standardize playbooks, methodologies and best practices for regional deployment.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People performance.
• Act as a SME for CI tools and drive adoption across the region.
