Jobtailor is seeking a Site Lean & Performance Improvement Lead in Ungersheim, Grand Est, to drive continuous improvement across the site. You will develop and deploy the strategic plan to enhance Safety, Quality, Cost, Lead Time and Environmental performance.

The role requires an engineering degree, proven Lean Management experience in industrial environments, collaboration with Group-level Lean leaders, and fluency in English. On-site position with strong coaching responsibilities.

• Proven experience facilitating Lean Management in established industrial environments.
• Collaboration with Group-level Lean leaders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and promote the continuous improvement approach across the site.
• Improve Safety / Quality / Cost / Lead Time / Environmental performance.
• Establish and pragmatically deploy the site’s strategic performance improvement plan.
• Lead improvement initiatives in support of and in coordination with operational functions.
• Train and coach teams while ensuring the development of their skills.
