BD is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management EMEA to inspire change across major transformation initiatives with a focus on Commercial Excellence and Business Process Transformation. You will lead adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across Europe, reporting to senior leaders and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10+ years of experience in Organisational Change within a complex, international and matrixed organization.
• Experience in Commercial Excellence or Sales Transformation is highly desirable.
• Fluent professional English and ability to engage with senior leaders.

• Lead the change strategy and roadmap for major EMEA transformation initiatives.
• Drive engagement, readiness, adoption and resistance management across functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to strengthen change sponsorship and advocacy.
• Translate programs into clear communications and storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Develop campaigns and leadership communications across internal channels.
• Design and facilitate workshops, training and capability-building sessions.
• Build change networks across countries, businesses and functions.
• Track adoption and progress to sustain change.
