Becton Dickinson (BD) seeks a Senior Manager, Change Management EMEA to inspire and lead major transformation initiatives across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will guide change adoption, communications and leadership engagement, partnering with senior leaders to make change stick.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Change Management EMEA to inspire change across key transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Commercial Excellence and Business Process Transformation (BPT). As a trusted partner to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will lead the adoption of new processes, systems, and approaches to working across EMEA! We are seeking a hands‑on Change Manager with 5–10+ years of experience leading impactful transformations, ideally in Commercial Excellence or Sales Transformation, with strong expertise in change adoption, communications, and executive team member management. Location: Belgium (Erembodegem) | Spain (San Agustín del Guadalix) | Poland (Wrocław – Legnicka) | France (Grenoble) Important: Candidates must be based near one of the listed BD offices and be able to attend the office on a regular basis. Travel: Up to 25% across Europe

What you’ll do

• Lead the change strategy and roadmap for major EMEA transformation initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in Organisational Change, within a complex, international and matrixed organization.
• Strong experience supporting large-scale business transformation and organizational change.
• Excellent collaborator management, communication, storytelling and influencing skills, including with senior leaders.
• A strategic problem solver with a hands‑on attitude, comfortable moving from strategy to execution.
• Strong facilitation, project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, simplify complexity and handle resistance.
• Fluent professional English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Organisational Change, Business, Communications, Organizational Development or a related field preferred.
• Change Management certification such as Prosci is highly desirable.
