Zusammenfassung

BD is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management EMEA to inspire change across major transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Commercial Excellence and Business Process Transformation. Travel up to 25% across Europe and the Grenoble location.

You will partner with senior leaders to adopt new processes, translate complex programs into engaging communications, and build change networks across countries, functions and businesses to sustain impact.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Organisational Change, within a complex, international and matrixed organization.
• Strong experience supporting large-scale business transformation and organizational change.
• Excellent collaborator management, communication, storytelling and influencing skills, including with senior leaders.
• A strategic problem solver with a hands-on attitude, comfortable moving from strategy to execution.
• Strong facilitation, project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, simplify complexity and handle resistance.
• Fluent professional English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Organisational Change, Business, Communications, Organizational Development or a related field preferred.
• Change Management certification such as Prosci is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead the change strategy and roadmap for major EMEA transformation initiatives.
• Drive collaborator engagement, change impact assessments, readiness, adoption and resistance management.
• Partner with senior leaders to strengthen their role as change sponsors and advocates.
• Translate complex transformation programs into clear, engaging communications and compelling storytelling.
• Develop campaigns, leadership communications and engagement materials across internal channels.
• Design and facilitate workshops, training and capability-building sessions.
• Build and activate change networks across countries, businesses and functions.
• Track adoption and progress to help ensure sustainable change.
