Job summary

Becton Dickinson (BD) seeks a Senior Manager, Change Management EMEA to inspire and lead major transformation initiatives across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will guide change adoption, communications and leadership engagement, partnering with senior leaders to make change stick.

Based near one of the listed BD offices (Grenoble, Belgium, Spain, Poland) you will travel up to 25% across Europe and shape campaigns, training and capability-building to drive Commercial Excellence and

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change in a complex, international and matrixed setup.
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformations.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, storytelling and influencing with senior leaders.
• Strategic problem solver with hands-on execution.
• Strong facilitation and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complexity.
• Fluent professional English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in related fields; Prosci certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change strategy and roadmap for major EMEA transformation initiatives.
• Drive collaborator engagement, change impact assessments, readiness, adoption and resistance management.
• Partner with senior leaders to strengthen their role as change sponsors and advocates.
• Translate complex transformation programs into clear communications and storytelling.
• Develop campaigns and engagement materials across internal channels.
• Design and facilitate workshops, training and capability-building sessions.
• Build change networks across countries, businesses and functions.
• Track adoption and progress to ensure sustainable change.
