Job summary

NVIDIA in France is seeking a Senior Global Public Sector Business Development lead to drive the GPS IBD plan in collaboration with regional Sales and Marketing teams. You will train sales teams on strategy, sell motion, and GTM assets while aligning resources across NVIDIA and partners to win major deals.

You will build regional account plans, champion global GPS case studies, deliver national engagements, and mentor DevRel to expand platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from a leading University.
• 15+ years of business development experience in hi-tech selling technology solutions.
• 8+ years of management experience advising a team within a matrix organisation.
• Strong customer/partner relationship skills across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to do market assessments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Understanding and expert delivery of key features, product messages, positioning.

Responsibilities

• Drive the GPS IBD plan with regional Sales and Marketing teams; train NV Sales & NPNs on strategy, sales motion, and GTM assets.
• Advocate for and align HQ resources across NVIDIA and partners to drive mutual success; assist sales in engaging the right partners in deals.
• Understand regional needs to champion and disseminate global GPS case studies, blueprints, partner enablement, event support.
• Maintain data for internal reporting on sales activities including trackers, updates, pipeline development and sales progression."
• Provide region case studies and assets to global GPS sales enablement; update GTM/sales assets.
• Develop target account lists with regional owners; run opportunity reviews for key deals; share lessons learned with HQ.
• Identify light house accounts and represent NVIDIA in forums and events.
• Develop tools/templates for engagements to grow GPU adoption and wallet share in NVIDIA platform.
• Mentor and lead DevRel to increase platform adoption and nurture new vertical opportunities.
