TD SYNNEX France is seeking an EMEA Adobe Technical Presales Specialist to join the Center of Excellence for Data, AI and Applications. You will support Adobe sales teams across the EMEA region, gaining accreditation and subject matter expertise in Adobe solutions, working with the partner base and sales organization on defining solutions.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in working in a similar role with Adobe products.
• Fluent in French and English
• Existing knowledge of Adobe product and technology portfolio is mandatory for this seniority of role.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the sales team to design and configure vendor solutions, including defining a Bill of Materials to meet customer requirements.
• Provide outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
• Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
• Address product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors, and resellers.
• Maintain peer-level technical contacts within assigned vendors.
• Achieve the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology groups and obtain necessary vendor-related accreditations.
• Support the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to enhance sales activity and improve partner utilization rates.
• Deliver technical support for presales, including proofs of concept, demonstrations, and technical webinars for key stakeholders.
