KONE is seeking a field service professional to uphold customer satisfaction through proactive on-site communication and precise reporting. You will be responsible for safety, service execution, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and end-users on site.

You will ensure accurate reporting, timely back reporting, and adherence to safety instructions and maintenance procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the PCM organization.

Qualifications

• On-site customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive on-site communication.
• Accurate real-time reporting of work performed for e-Optimum and customer notifications.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, on-site contact persons and end-users.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance; manage on-site environment during service operations.
• Identify site risks and communicate them to the supervisor; take immediate action when needed.
• Identify unplanned service repairs and obtain approvals when not covered by the contract.
