KONE is looking for a field service professional to manage customer relationships and service operations onsite. You will ensure timely communication, accurate reporting, and safe, efficient maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities include on-site safety, adherence to instructions, planning service visits with supervisors, and proactive escalation of risks. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and continuous improvement with PCM feedback.

Responsabilités

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, on-site contact persons, and end-users; communicate proactively and precisely (ETA, work performed)
• Ensure accurate real-time reporting of work performed at equipment level for e-Optimum and customer notifications
• Ensure equipment safety and performance on site; manage site environment during service operations
• Plan service visits (maintenance, callouts, repairs) within schedule, time limits, and safety standards
• Report workload with service supervisor; submit time sheets based on execution
• Manage proximity stock (shelving, inventory, stock transfers) and request spares as needed
• Keep service tooling, van, and instruments in good condition; contribute to product and process improvements
• Provide training/coaching as needed and report to supervisor
