KONE seeks a service professional to ensure customer satisfaction through proactive on-site communication and quality service. You will report work performed at equipment level for accurate notifications and maintain strong relationships with customers and end-users.

Responsibilities include site safety, adherence to maintenance instructions, and timely reporting. You will coordinate with the supervisor, manage stock, and contribute to safety improvements within KONE's service operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in service operations and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to work on-site with equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Comfort with reporting back on work performed and reporting issues promptly.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and proactive on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed).
• Ensure accurate, real-time back reporting of work performed at equipment level for e-Optimum and customer notification.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, on-site contact person and end-users, applying Ambassador attitude.
• Accountable for equipment safety and performance; manage site environment during service operations.
• Identify site risks and communicate them to supervisor; take action on high-risk situations and follow escalation procedures.
• Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs and obtain approval if not covered by contract.
• Plan workload with service supervisor; raise sales leads and provide precise, timely back reporting of work done.
• Manage proximity stock, safely maintain service tooling and van; participate in continuous improvement through feedback.
