Jobtailor is seeking a systems engineer to define and manage requirements at system, subsystem and equipment levels, oversee subcontracting, and ensure coherence across electrical and electromagnetic domains.

You will perform integration, verification and validation tasks, contribute to design activities with electronics teams, and present technical summaries to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Physics, Electromagnetics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' hands-on experience in electromagnetics or electronic design.
• Background in electronics or electromagnetics with strong numerical/analytical skills.
• System-level mindset and a strong technical interest in systems engineering.

Overview

Define and manage requirements at system, subsystem and equipment levels. Oversee subcontracting. Perform and monitor integration, verification and validation tasks. Ensure system coherence on electrical and electromagnetic matters. Contribute to design activities with mechanical engineering teams. Carry out electromagnetic and lightning calculations, tests, component and subsystem characterization, and performance analyses for components, subsystems and the system. Monitor project progress (deliverables, schedule, costs and quality). Present technical summaries to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
