Jobtailor is seeking a senior systems architect to define and oversee architectural decisions for complex solutions. You will balance stakeholder expectations with technical feasibility and cost, while guiding documentation and validation across the lifecycle.

You will lead a team, promote collaboration, and apply MBSE and IVVQ practices within an Agile framework to deliver integrated solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in systems architecture and systems engineering.
• Strong leadership with ability to grow a team and foster collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Concept, Design, Experimentation and Simulation tools, plus modeling tools (MBSE).
• Experience with IVVQ and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• You hold a master's-level engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
• You have strong experience in systems architecture and systems engineering
• You are a leader ready to engage and develop your team, promoting collaborative work
• You are responsible, persuasive, and have strong interpersonal skills
• You are familiar with Concept, Design, Experimentation and Simulation tools, as well as modeling tools (such as MBSE)
• You have experience with Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification (IVVQ) and Agile methodologies
