Lear Corporation is seeking an EHS Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental activities across the site in France. You will foster a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements, and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.

You will collaborate with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to manage audits, risk assessments, and training programs, while driving incident investigations and corrective actions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in EH&S, engineering, environmental science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in health, safety and environmental management in manufacturing.
• Nationally recognized Health and Safety qualification required; NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience maintaining ISO 14001 systems and supporting ISO 45001 implementation/auditing.
• Strong communication, training delivery, and organizational skills; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and promote a positive health, safety, and environmental culture across the plant.
• Advise and support managers, supervisors, and team leaders on EHS compliance and best practices.
• Manage the reporting and analysis of health, safety, energy, and sustainability performance data.
• Conduct accident, incident, and near-miss investigations and drive timely corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve risk assessment programs and safe systems of work.
• Manage ISO 14001 compliance and support ISO 45001 certification, including internal audits.
• Coordinate safety inspections, audits, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with machinery safety, contractor management, permit-to-work processes, and statutory inspection requirements.

• 5+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication, training delivery, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
