Korn Ferry is recruiting on behalf of a leading international industrial group for a Global HSE Expert. This permanent, executive/managerial role offers an €80,000–€100,000 base salary and requires regular international travel.
Based in an international environment, you will lead HSE system deployment, audits, and continuous improvement while collaborating with regional QHSE leaders.

Working in an international environment, you will contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of HSE management systems while supporting the development of a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental culture across the organization.
In close collaboration with regional QHSE leaders and operational teams, you will participate in defining and monitoring HSE objectives, performance indicators, and continuous improvement plans.
You will support the implementation of global standards, training programs, and awareness initiatives across various regions and countries. You will also contribute to internal audits, risk assessments, and investigations of significant incidents, ensuring lessons learned are effectively shared and preventive measures are implemented to avoid recurrence.
In addition, you will provide HSE expertise on a range of projects requiring specialist support and ensure the reliability of reporting processes, KPI tracking, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
You hold a degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management or a related field and have several years of experience in HSE roles within an industrial environment.
You possess a strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and have demonstrated success in leading performance improvement and change management initiatives.
Experience in coordinating training programs and a sound understanding of operational environments are essential.
You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders in an international setting. You have proven abilities to influence, negotiate, and support teams through a coaching-oriented approach.
Autonomous, organized, and results-driven, you also possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
