Early Learning Victoria is opening a new centre and seeks a capable leader to oversee daily operations, align pedagogical priorities, and drive quality across programs. You will work with the Centre Director to ensure compliance, staff development, and enrolment management, while building partnerships with families and the local community.

The role requires demonstrated leadership in early childhood education and care, knowledge of national framework and standards, and experience with vulnerable

Qualifications

• ACECQA Diploma or higher is required and recognised
• Bachelor of Education/Teaching in Early Childhood will be highly regarded
• Experience in education and care administration is desirable

• Ensure programs meet organisational priorities and quality standards
