Boundless Life is launching an Education Centre in Annecy, France, and is seeking an Educational Centre Director to lead a growing team of educators. You will coach staff, ensure fidelity to the global curriculum, and build strong relationships with families and local partners as the centre opens.

This role starts with hands-on setup and local engagement, evolving into high‑level educational leadership and program delivery as the cohort grows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing educators and teams.
• Strong ability to coach, observe, and give targeted feedback.
• Ability to onboard and hire staff with strategic thinking.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of educators with regular observations and feedback.
• Ensure consistent implementation of the Boundless curriculum and standards.
• Foster family relationships and manage admissions processes.
• Open and operate the Education Centre, coordinate logistics and vendor relations.
