Reporting to the Senior Regional Director in Paris, the Education Manager will be responsible for training & education execution across Europe that elevates artistry skill and ignites passion for the brand. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead developmental high-level trainings for Markets and Field, developing highly skilled field & store-level Retail Artists from an artistry, sales, and customer experience perspective.
• Support new market & new door openings, training teams, eventing.
• Consult with EU markets to help identify opportunities for development plans of field & counter teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of store events and masterclasses across the region.

SKILLS REQUIRED

5+ years' experience in an Education role within the beauty industry.

Deep understanding of the current beauty industry trends, artistry techniques, and looks.

Proven ability to lead training programs that drive commercial results in a retail environment.

Excellent project management skills, ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet competing deadlines.

Flexibility to travel regularly across different locations in Europe.

French and English mandatory, a third language would be highly appreciated
