Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane seeks an EC175 Rotors Systems engineer to design architectures from elementary parts to the full assembled system, taking into account functional, kinematic and strength requirements and industrial constraints.

You will work with projects, airworthiness, test and production teams, supervise supplier activities and manage certification deliverables throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5-year degree in Mechanics, Design and Dynamics of Structures or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years aeronautics experience.
• Knowledge of aircraft and mechanics.
• Proficient in CAD (CATIA).
• English level B2-C1; French fluent.

Responsabilités

• Design architectures from elementary parts to assembled rotor systems, considering functional, kinematic and strength constraints.
• Ensure quality and conformity of rotor deliverables throughout product development and service life.
• Follow up supplier design, qualification, documentation and industrialization issues; monitor related KPIs.
• Certify delivery and quality of certification documents (technical description, FMECA, DDP, test conclusions).
