Airbus Helicopters Marignane seeks a Drive System Design Responsible to define transmission system objectives and lead design and certification activities. You will ensure compliance with performance, manufacturability, assembly, and reliability across changes, interfacing with multiple Airbus teams for holistic system integration.

The role requires 5+ years in aeronautics or gearbox sectors, a 5-year engineering degree, and strong English with French negotiation skills; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a 5-year degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in aeronautical domain and/or gearbox industry.
• Fluent English with negotiation level in French; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Defining technical objectives of transmission systems (specification writing).
• Follow design and compliance to performance, manufacturing, assembly and reliability for changes or new certification.
• Manage activities per AH processes (CES, HTech, EP, EI).
• Write flight and bench test requests and conclusions, and follow up tests.
• Certify transmission systems with document writing and discussions with EASA.
