Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane is seeking a Drive System Design Responsible (SDR) for the Transmission Design & Dynamic Systems Architecture department. You will own technical objectives for transmission systems, ensure compliance across design stages, and interact with many AH entities and suppliers.

The role requires a 5-year mechanical engineering degree with 5+ years in aeronautics or gearbox industry, strong synthesis, and English proficiency; French negotiation skills are required and

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in aeronautical domain and/or gearbox industry.
• Synthesis mindset and rigor.
• Strong communication skills.
• English advanced; French negotiation level; German a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define technical objectives of transmission systems (specification writing).
• Ensure design complies with performance, manufacturing, assembly and reliability for changes or new certification.
• Manage activities per Airbus processes (CES, HTech, EP, EI).
• Write flight and bench test requests and conclusions; follow up tests.
• Certify transmission systems; interact with EASA discussions.
• Interface with multiple Airbus entities and suppliers within a squad organization.
