Job summary
Lever, Inc. is seeking an Application Programmer in France to modernize enterprise apps using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and AI-powered customer engagement tools.
You will design, develop, and support customer-facing portals, while mentoring peers in an Agile setting and delivering across the SDLC. The role emphasizes remote-first delivery, collaboration with analysts and tech leads, and modernization of legacy systems with Microsoft technologies including Copilot Studio and Document
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 applications.
- Experience building Dynamics customer portals or similar customer-facing apps.
- Full SDLC experience from requirements to production support.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and managing multiple user stories.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and decisions.
- Experience mentoring developers and upholding coding standards.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, IVR, and AI-powered customer solutions.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with cloud services (Azure).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet requirements.
- Build and maintain customer portals and related apps.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle within Agile teams.
- Enhance customer service capabilities with AI-powered features.
- Integrate document processing and AI into enterprise apps.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.
- Mentor other developers and promote best practices.
