Nice Life is hiring Door Staff in Nice, France. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing crowd control, and assisting in private events.

Nice Life is now hiring Door Staff. The Door Staff is the first point of contact our guests encounter when entering our establishment. We expect exceptional, friendly service, along with a strong work ethic. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!

Nice Life celebrates the vibrant energy of the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s with live music, karaoke, DJs, and a colorful dance floor lit by dazzling lights and a shimmering gold disco ball. Guests enjoy signature cocktails, happy hour specials, and two bars — including a shot bar on the dance floor — plus a selfie wall and a patio filled with artwork from a local artist designed for memorable nights out.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Greet guests in a friendly way and check IDs as they enter the establishment
• Maintain lines and crowd control
• Enforce rules to keep the location fun and safe, and remove guests if neededClean and remove trash throughout bar, including patios and restrooms
• Assist in private parties as needed, including setup, tear down, cleaning, and assisting guests with their belongings to their cars
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff
• Work well under pressure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
