Chamonix Casino & Hotel in Cripple Creek, CO is seeking a hospitality professional to take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will perform sidework, stock supplies, and operate a coffee brewer while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of relevant experience, thrive under deadlines, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Takes customer orders accurately and serves food and beverages promptly.
• Regularly checks up on customers to ensure they are satisfied. If needed, offer refills.
• Performs sidework, including stocking condiments and paper products.
• Operates a brewer to prepare coffee for guests.
• Delivers excellent customer service. Makes guests feel welcome and want to return.
• Maintains a clean work environment. Performs general cleaning duties, including clearing and sanitizing tables
• Maintains alertness for the performance of all responsibilities and a general awareness of restaurant operations at all times. Keeps the supervisor informed of any concerns.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated hands-on hospitality, hosting, or serving experience, preferably within a gaming environment. Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure. Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: One (1) or more years of recent and related experience.

$12.14 per hour plus tips.
