Nice Life is seeking a Barback to join their vibrant team. Ideal candidates will have experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment, and bring enthusiasm for teamwork and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that the bar is prepared and set up for success.
• Keep constant awareness of the bar's needs.
• Replenish and stock ice, alcohol, juices, glassware, etc.
• Bus tables throughout shift.
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Nice Life celebrates the vibrant energy of the 70s, 80s and 90s with live music, karaoke, DJs, and a colorful dance floor lit by dazzling lights and a shimmering gold disco ball. Guests enjoy signature cocktails, happy hour specials, and two bars — including a shot bar on the dance floor — plus a selfie wall and a patio filled with artwork from a local artist designed for memorable nights out.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

• Ensure that the bar is prepared and set up for success
• Keep constant awareness of the bar's needs
• Change blown kegs
• Keep the bar clean, including all workspaces and glassware
• Replenish and stock ice, alcohol, juices, glassware, etc.
• Bus tables throughout shift
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• High-volume barback experience preferred
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
