Nice Life is seeking a Barback to support a lively, high-volume bar/restaurant environment. You will help keep the bar stocked, clean, and ready for service while working closely with a dynamic team to deliver great guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring bar experience, reliability, and a hospitality mindset. You must be flexible with hours, including nights and weekends, to keep the party going and contribute to a fun, energetic atmosphere.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and set up the bar for service.
• Keep the bar and workspaces clean and organized.
• Replenish ice, alcohol, and glassware as needed.
• Bus tables and assist teammates during shifts.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends and certain holidays.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

• Ensure that the bar is prepared and set up for success
• Keep constant awareness of the bar's needs
• Change blown kegs
• Keep the bar clean, including all workspaces and glassware
• Replenish and stock ice, alcohol, juices, glassware, etc.
• Bus tables throughout shift
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• High-volume barback experience preferred
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
