This hybrid role requires on-site work two days per week and close collaboration with regional and global leadership to align local execution with broader strategy.

The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, governance, and customer satisfaction, while managing a transformative field organization and driving business growth within France.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience for France SSD Onsite or equivalent enterprise/public-sector accounts.
• Proven ability to deliver operational governance, workforce management and financial performance.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the France SSD Onsite business and ensure successful execution of objectives.
• Lead high-quality service delivery across a portfolio of enterprise and public-sector customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customer executives and country leadership to drive satisfaction and growth.
• Own overall operational performance including governance, metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team and drive workforce planning and capability.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and efficiency initiatives.
