Responsabilités

• Achieve organizational goals through collaboration with peer leaders.
• Create SE development strategy with input from SE and BU leadership.
• Provide management oversight to Solutions Engineers worldwide.
• Participate in strategic planning with SE VPs and sales management.
• Plan and direct training curricula, product launches, and staff development.
• Set short- and long-term goals and performance metrics.
• Coach and develop SE Managers and District Managers.
• Manage budgets and staffing to meet goals.
