Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG seeks a Director of Product Strategy and Lifecycle Management to align regional needs with global roadmaps. You will translate market insights into regional priorities, drive portfolio strategy, and manage product lifecycle decisions across the organization.

This role collaborates with R&D, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain to maximize revenue and value. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in complex B2B

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, portfolio management, product strategy, or lifecycle management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex B2B technology environments
• Ability to translate customer, market, and operational insights into product requirements and priorities

Responsibilities

• Primary regional interface to Global Product Management, translating global strategy into regional priorities and representing customer needs and market requirements
• Develop and maintain a multi-year regional product portfolio strategy aligned with growth objectives
• Be accountable for regional portfolio performance including revenue growth and profitability
• Drive Innovation Vitality through new product introduction and roadmap execution
• Define regional product requirements and ensure they are communicated to Global Product Management and development teams
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, and other leaders to align decisions with customer value and feasibility
• Lead, coach, and develop Technical Product Leads across product families
• Ensure governance, progress visibility, and escalation of risks at regional/global levels
