Job summary

The Arkema Group seeks a seasoned Product Manager to lead a global product line from design through end-of-life, driving commercial and financial performance, innovation and portfolio optimization.

You will collaborate with R&D, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to define the development roadmap, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver sustainable product solutions while guiding strategic projects and asset management.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management and/or Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in chemical or adhesives industry preferred.
• Fluency in English; French/Dutch an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Stage-Gate processes and new product development.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the global product portfolio and ensure regional availability and compliance.
• Drive profitability through cost optimization and supplier diversification.
• Define and maintain the product development roadmap with market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional projects across R&D, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
• Spearhead asset management and production parameter changes to improve quality and efficiency.
