Körber Pharma Packaging AG seeks an experienced Site Manager to own and guide complex installation projects on customer sites worldwide. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate activities and ensure on-time delivery, safety and quality across the project lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical insight, and the ability to manage budgets, resources, and customer expectations in a global environment. Extensive international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• Experience leading installation projects on customer sites.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to own project performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate all onsite activities (installation, commissioning, testing, acceptance).
• Manage multidisciplinary site teams (Site Supervisors, Commissioning Engineers, PLC Software Engineers, WCS/WMS specialists).
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards, quality requirements and Site Excellence framework.
• Drive planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and schedule management.
• Act as primary customer contact on site and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
