Job summary

AlixPartners in Paris seeks an experienced Senior Vice President to lead our Turnaround & Restructuring Services practice. You will advise senior executives, shareholders, lenders and investors while guiding high-performing teams through complex transformations requiring rapid execution.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years in restructuring or corporate transformation, strong financial modelling skills, and fluency in French and English. Travel to client sites in France and Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround, performance improvement or corporate transformation.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Fluency in French and English (additional European languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and operational restructuring engagements for corporate and private equity clients.
• Advise executive management, boards, lenders and investors on critical business situations.
• Develop and implement turnaround strategies focused on value creation and sustainable performance improvement.
• Lead cash management, liquidity assessments and short-term cash flow modelling.
• Review and challenge business plans, financial forecasts and restructuring options.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to business development across France and Europe.
