Director, Financial & Operational Restructuring (FOR)

The Team

A&M’s Turnaround & Restructuring team in Paris is a core part of the firm’s European restructuring platform. The team advises corporates, private equity sponsors, lenders, and other stakeholders across a wide range of stressed and distressed situations, from early‑stage performance challenges to complex restructuring and turnaround mandates. Professionals in the Paris team work on high‑impact, time‑critical engagements, often with senior‑level stakeholders, and benefit from close collaboration with colleagues across Europe and globally. How You Will Contribute

As a Director in the Turnaround & Restructuring practice, you will play a leadership role in delivering operational restructuring engagements and supporting the continued growth of the practice in France and across Europe. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and A&M leadership to drive execution, improve operational performance, and create sustainable value.
