Alvarez & Marsal in Paris is seeking experienced Corporate Transformation professionals at Director level to join our CTS practice. You will directly support Managing Directors and contribute to business development while delivering enterprise-wide change projects.

The role requires fluency in English and French, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead complex transformations across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, delivering measurable EBITDA and cash improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting or corporate background with change leadership at C-suite level.
• Strong financial and business acumen with understanding of financial statements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Excel modelling capability.
• Fluent in English; business-level French essential; strong communication.
• Willingness to travel across EU/UK; ability to manage stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support Managing Directors and contribute to business development activities.
• Review performance, diagnose issues, and propose executable action plans.
• Produce financial and operational models and projections.
• Identify improvement levers and align on revised operating plans.
• Lead transformation execution to achieve EBITDA and cash improvements.
• Collaborate across manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement functions.
