CK Search Global's Paris team seeks a talented and ambitious Director to lead complex turnaround engagements, combining strategic insight with financial rigor and operational execution.

You’ll shape engagement scope, manage projects within time and budget, coach junior colleagues, and play a key role in business development while collaborating with senior leadership to deliver impactful client outputs across the restructuring lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive restructuring experience in a consulting setting.
• Degree from a leading university or Grande École in numerate or business discipline.
• Professional qualification (DSCG, CFA) is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Shape engagement scope, methodology, and deliverables.
• Manage projects within time and budget constraints.
• Keep clients and stakeholders informed on progress, findings, and emerging issues.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Form hypotheses and pressure-test them with senior leadership.
• Own and deliver substantial portions of client output.
• Step in for Senior Managing Directors when required.
• Contribute to key accounts, pursuits, recruitment, and broader practice development.
• Prepare and lead formal pitches.
• Act as a counsellor and mentor to support junior colleagues’ professional development.
• Participate in training initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong personal and professional networks.
