In this pivotal global role, you will define the strategic direction for the Freight Forwarding line of business, orchestrating factory floor to customer door solutions that elevate efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 15 to 20 years of progressive leadership experience in GAM/BD within Freight Forwarding.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional and regional teams globally.
• Fluent English, with strong global communications.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Global Freight Forwarding vertical strategy across account tiers.
• Architect cross-functional supply chain solutions with engineering and product teams.
• Accelerate global revenue growth and engage with C-suite in QBRs.
• Lead a matrix organization to foster cross-regional collaboration.
• Represent GEODIS as a thought leader at major luxury industry events.
