Job summary

Harmattan AI in France is seeking a Director Global Logistics to lead our expanding international logistics function across multiple regions. You will own end-to-end delivery, compliance, and performance, partnering with Production, Supply Chain, Legal and customers to scale operations.

You will design and run a global logistics network, manage freight forwarders and customs brokers, and ensure export-control, dangerous goods, and incoterm compliance are embedded from the start of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a global logistics system that is compliant, scalable and operationally effective.
• Own customer delivery from release of finished product through proof of delivery, including transport planning and customs clearance.
• Define and manage global network of freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers.
• Integrate export-control, dangerous goods and customs requirements early in the delivery process.
• Build common logistics standards, processes and KPIs across production locations and deploy to new factories.
• Build the team and external partner network to improve delivery reliability, lead time and cost.
