Job summary

HSBC Global Services Limited in Paris is seeking a Director, Liquidity Commercialisation within Global Payments Solutions to help corporate clients maximise liquidity value through sophisticated solutions. Based in Paris, you will work with France and Europe teams to deliver advisory, partnerships and revenue generation.

The role is client facing, demanding strong cash management expertise and a capacity to drive thought leadership, pipeline development and market presence across Europe.

Qualifications

• Extensive cash management experience within a bank advising corporate clients on liquidity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity management products (cash pooling, deposits, money market funds).
• Proven ability to produce thought leadership for senior stakeholders including CFOs/CEOs.

Responsibilities

• Meet Corporate and Institutional clients to align liquidity solutions to their objectives.
• Support domestic and regional deals across liquidity and investment products.
• Provide market and industry input to GPS Sales for solution development and implementation.
• Develop thought leadership on liquidity themes for treasurers and CFOs.
• Run initiatives to commercialise liquidity management products via events and webinars.
• Coordinate regional collaboration to identify client opportunities with key stakeholders.
• Convert Europe opportunities into revenue through pipeline management and portfolio analysis.
• Deliver globally consistent training on liquidity topics to frontline teams.
