Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Director to lead CaLM investment activities in Paris, focusing on preserving principal and optimizing cash margins through short-term instruments, with a strong emphasis on risk controls.

You will manage a large cross-currency cash portfolio, engage with market counterparties and central banks, and drive policy, process improvements, and governance across global teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing a large cash balance across multiple currencies and time zones.
• Deep knowledge of liquidity management, short-term government markets, repo and securities financing, FX spot and forwards.
• Well-established external market contacts and central bank relationships.
• Experience with default management and regulatory change impacts.
• Proven ability to lead process improvements and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks of investing a large cash portfolio.
• Define and develop investment and liquidity strategy and related policies.
• Maintain robust default management and collateral liquidation processes.
• Engage with market counterparties and central banks to optimise returns within risk limits.
• Drive operational risk improvements through people, processes and technology.
