Job summary

WPP Media Limited seeks a Director of Global Client Enablement within the Data, Tech, and Analytics team to oversee Open product enablement for global client accounts hubbed in France. Lead enablement programs, train client teams on WPP Open, and drive adoption and measurable value from our platform and services.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong collaboration with product, engineering, and regional teams, translating data into strategic enablement improvements across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in client enablement, customer success, or training within a technology or data-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of technology platforms and ability to act as a confident product advocate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple client priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption data and translate insights into action.
• Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Client enablement oversight: Manage enablement programs for a portfolio of large global client accounts within your cluster/hub and ensure onboarding and training on WPP Open and related tools.
• Hands-on enablement delivery: Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions tailored to client needs and support change management.
• Collaboration & liaison: Serve as the primary enablement contact for your cluster, connecting clients with product, engineering, and data strategy teams.
• Cross-Studio integration & ownership: Facilitate cross-studio deployments and ensure coordination between Media products and other studios.
• Represent Open enablement in cross-studio workstreams to drive alignment and deployment readiness across markets.
• Performance tracking & reporting: Monitor adoption metrics, engagement, and client satisfaction; adjust strategies with regional enablement leads.
• Support for growth & retention: Assist in pitches and client retention by showcasing Open capabilities and developing enablement materials.
