Job summary

AGCO Corporation in Ennery, France is seeking a Customer Care Manager to lead operations for the Ennery-based markets, including France, Germany, Italy and Global Export. You will direct a team of supervisors, drive performance, and ensure high quality dealer support and service delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics, enforcing SOPs, and driving continuous improvement while developing talent and ensuring customer satisfaction across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience leading Customer Care or Aftersales teams.
• Strong knowledge of order management, backorder resolution, and dealer support.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other functions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oasis & SAP), CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ennery Customer Care organization across multiple markets.
• Manage 4 direct supervisors and local teams, driving performance against SLAs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and other functions to resolve issues and improve service.
• Develop and enforce policies, SOPs and standards for all markets under responsibility.
• Coach, train, and develop team capabilities; drive continuous improvement.
